After 30 years recovering from drugs, Stancil is a certified Peer Specialist through the Georgia Council on Substance Abuse, the Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network, and Disability Link.  He launched THIRD EYE RADIO in May ’21 to provide a voice and resources to people with disabilities who are coping with  substance abuse.  Listen to him every week at Tuesdays with Tootle.
